This mess is only for delhi list as i am known to it...u have included good named college as you have too because people r not stupid here but pls dont include 3rd grade college in beyond IIM's list just because they paid you for this. You r just not showing the right way...
Seems that no particular thought was given while making the list. There's a strong possibility that along with the names of some good colleges, the names of some not so good colleges were included because they paid their way in to the list. Such lists should include a disclaimer that the students should not use this list as a reference while choosing the college.
