After an MBA from an IIM, you are working for a third class company like Wipro at a sub 7/sub 8 pay packet?? Haha, obviously you missed the bus to Goldman, UBS, McKinsey etc etc....feel sorry for you.
What went wrong dude?? Poor acads or could not convert the interviews??
They don't produce anything, infact they can't. They just eat the cream of hard work of other people. They are all about commissions (or in hindi we can call them dallas)

Very true. Most of the education today or other self help and personality development books today teaches the same. How to manipulate people.

May be, but most B-School guys throw values out of the window in order to be result oriented and biz savvy, which at the end of the day is not much different from the Bania class. Which is sad considering the Top B- school guys are the chosen few.
