KPIT cummins is a pathetic company with pathetic HR policies.People playing politics will rise to the top without merit. One person who joined as a programmer when he was in his 40's about 8 years back is now the Associate Vice President of the company.Needlesss to say he has manners and attitude which would only fit a programmer.Having worked in this company for 5 years, I know this very well. Left after being frustated.

all companies work in that way only..in India meritocracy does not matter..remember this and you will never be disappointed
Please get rid of corruption / nepotism/ and Reservation on dubious counts and India has jobs for every one between now and 2015.Indian economy will not see 10% growth but 25% growth. This is a definite prediction
