Actually the girls are comparatively more beau tiful in developing countries like LatinAmerica India,Pakistan,SriLanka etc than the developed countries.

seems being ambassador in brazil is just to ogle ogle and more ogle ... and that is what our dear ambassador has been doing ... now he is practicing to write about it so that he can make some fast bucks by pretending all this to high "literachur"
A guy watching girls coming out from schools under the pretext of scouting for modelling is not the same as a football scout loitering around football grounds to spot talent. I am surprised to know that the ambassador is not able to tell the difference! And on top of this he and rediff have approved to get this article published!
Pl do not give wrong infoabout contacting the indian ambassador. I have sent a mail,it bounced back.he is not a commoner to be contacted at our will. there may be layers of protection(cyber) to guard against unwanted ones. I tried in vain. the email Id what u have furnished does not work.
