No one will photograph him, the lens will shatter as soon as he steps in front of the camera, too risky.

Sure, the lens in your lingo will 'shatter' but in sheer admiration and ecstasy to turn out the best of photographs to everyone's joy except the perverted self-gassing SK

I may not call her idiot. But she gives statement like Indians lack passion is not correct. There are good number of women photographers, like Aparna Sen, Smita Mali, Dipanwita Benerjee, Radhika Sharan... possibly she likes her way of work and doesnt appreciate the others... Such shortsighted ness and blatantly calling Indians lacking passions... but still I wont call her idiot.

Every Photographer has its own style.
In ones trade no one will appreciate the work of others.
your own is always the best.
If you think about others work you will never sell your own.
although secretly every one admires each others work and learn from it.

Wise , learn from others' mistakes;

Fools, Commit their own mistakes to learn.

Every GOD has HIS day.

You motivate others to get yourself motivated. This, 'the secret of appreciation'.

You sell others' anything, you'll prosper; You sell your own only to be doomed or at best it will be a service.

Voyeuristic pleasures - excellent for secret admiration.

Think of others' work as you will of your respect; and you're bound to reach the pinnacle of success.

To what use is this?

I wonder what such articles bring to our imagination and participation!

A stringent editorial policy for posting such articles needed. Readers' observations bear this out lucidly.

Who the hell is she?
by RC on Feb 22, 2011 02:21 PM

"I find passion and .....in Indians"-- who the hell asked you for your opinion??? Bloody Hypocrite--- she herself is of Indian origin but referring to Indians as aliens itself is dumb and unbecoming of her. Guess being based in New York-- she has forgotten her roots. She herself says "With clothes, makeup and models, props you can create amazing stories and visuals". Yes thats your problem-- you live in an imaginative world. If Indians are negligent and not hard working, we would not be having a booming economy at the moment and we would not be growing at 10-11% a year and Americans would not be licking our feet. It is better you stay put in New York and keep your unwarranted comments with you. Rediff is dumb to publish such articles. Jai Hind!!

'Bloody Hypocrite'

there is nothing hypocritic about it, it was merely an obesrvation. She did not try to deidentify herself from being an india.

'If Indians are negligent and not hard working, we would not be having a booming economy at the moment and we would not be growing at 10-11% a year '

when you are at the bottom you can only grow. You just need to visit any goverment office to see how possionate we are. If we were passionate and not negiligent 80% of people wldnt be living shitty lives.

'americans would not be licking our feet.'

lol.. seriouslly ?? no one is licking anyones feet. Everyone is carrying out business..if anything India needs USA not other way around.

Have the maturity to take such obesrvations in your stride, specially if they sound true...else its people like you who go about smashing buses and trains of our glorious india, for something someone said..
