Hi,

I am Nutrition and Skin Care Specialist based out of Bangalore. Looking leaner is different than losing weight. If anyone wants to reduce his Tummy, its recommended that he should do some yogasan's viz. Surya Namaskara, Kapal Bhati etc. The work outs and aerobics would also help in looking leaner. Whether a person is Overweight or not can be calculated by knowing the BMI (Body Mass Index). Its calculated as Weight(KG) / Height squared( Meters). Following chart can be used for BMI:

1. Less than 20 - Underweight
2. Between 20-25 - Correct Weight
3. Between 25-30 - Overweight
4. More than 30 - Obese

A lots of diseases are attributed to Overweight which are mentioned in this article as well such as Diabetes, BP related issues, Cholestrol Problems (Heart Related), Hypertension etc.

If any one wants to lose weight he needs to control his Calories Intake. Generally thats the reason why people put on weight and look fat. Our life styles are so hectic that we neglect the healthy foods. We generally eat Fast Food or Junk food like dosas, Pizza etc. These doesnt give us proper nutrition and have lots of carbohydrates and fats which makes the person look fatty. I am dealing with a brand called POSITRIM which helps in reducing the weight. This is a Weight Management Program and helps in reducing or increasing the weight in a right manner.

hi rediff, iam not sure of Life Mojo as a wellness company but iam sure the facts presented in this article are not completely true. pine seeds, flaxseed are anyway very rich in calories if you are going to eat to suppress hunger you are also adding on calories.
other than this eating apple makes you more hungary as it is considered zero calorie fruit since it uses more energy to digest.
when you talk about weight loss people are interested and do whatever you ask so pls be responsible for your information.

Not to mention, too much water actually increases body fluid level! Everything should be taken in a well balanced manner, water included.
