Valetine day
by Sheetal Kaur on Feb 15, 2011 03:42 AM

If you happen to be in UK or Europe, you will notice that no one except few fools bother about Valentine day all because it is not associated to lve in any way.
In the west it is dying since the public is getting educated about it well it just started to be a lovers day in about 70s.
But for Indian subcontinet it is a differnt story.
It is a new found novelty and the commercial world is exploring it to the hilt.
It was same in Pakistan when I last visited Lahore Same was Bangladesh and same in Sri Lanka when I was there last year.
people of Indian sub continent go wild and crazy as if they have never seen a girl or a boy in their life and never loved any one.
By the way i have just swollen a chill pill and is very cool, what you do is nothing to do with me.
IT IS JUST MY OWN THOUGHT THAT IS ALL.
Then it is nothing to do with us keep on getting exploited, Valentine day is one method to rob the public and keep it busy so that they can't think of anything else.
had the public some sense to avoid such stupid phenomena and think practically as to what is important then there would have been an Egypt in India long time ago.
It may be just one day in a year then how many other tricks are the in the sleeves of the ruling class to keep public's mind occupied.
It all adds up.
Every paisa makes a rupee.
Every penny makes a pound.
Collectively there is no time left in any ones life to think otherwise.
All because people are busy with useless ideology.

Re: an email about love i got from friends
by Devdutt Nayak on Feb 14, 2011 11:45 PM
Looking deep into his eyes I slowly answered: "Here is the question. If
you can answer and convince my heart, I will change my mind.

Let's say, I want a flower located on the face of a mountain cliff, and
we both are sure that picking the flower will cause your death. Will you
do it for me?"

He said: " I will give you your answer tomorrow...." My hopes just sank
by listening to his response.

I woke up the next morning to find him gone, and saw a piece of paper
with his scratchy handwriting underneath a milk glass, on the dining
table near the front door, that goes....

My dear, "I would not pick that flower for you, but....please allow me
to explain the reasons further.....

This first line was already breaking my heart. I continued reading.

"When you use the computer you always mess up the Software programs, and
you cry in front of the screen. I have to save my fingers so that I can
help to restore the programs.

You always leave the house keys behind, thus I have to save my legs to
rush home to open the door for you.

You love traveling but always lose your way in a new city. I have to
save my eyes to show you the way.

You always have the cramps whenever your "good friend" approaches every
month. I have to save my palms so that I can calm the cramps in your
tummy.

by Hari sh on Feb 14, 2011 09:44 PM  | Hide replies

One more "Read what ever I write you Morons" kind of article from Rediff. This valentine day itself is over hyped to celebrate a non existent thing called Love, add another stupidity called horoscope to this is simply like tonsuring your head daily to get good hair.

It is a political phenomena.
Keep public busy in useless matters and they will not have time to think what the ruling class is doing.
By keeping the public occupied, ruling class keeps on robing, laughing at the stupidity of public and stay happy, enjoying themselves.

Bad year for media
by praveen kumar on Feb 14, 2011 07:54 PM

This year's Valetine day was not good day media as they didn't get any masala news. Both RSS and Shiv Sena stayed away from protest. So, a terrible day for mediawala. No TRP , no Agenda, No Gossip.

Your romantic horoscope
by Sheetal Kaur on Feb 14, 2011 07:36 PM

Few weeks ago rediff ran a article pointing that there are 13 star signs.
all the star signs and dates have changed, so where one stands can one trust 12 star or trust Yes there are 13 months in a year if you go by lunar month (4weeks) so 13 star seem right.
there fore the is not truth in any system at present.
Beside how do one prove that what is said in stars is correct and will happen.
It is all Bull shit or shall I say cow dung to put it politely.
