Caste system is the biggest reservation scam and merit killer. For thousands of years the manubadi thugs enjoyed caste based reservations. The result: Reservation for Bammans in the field of education made India one of the most uneducated and superstetious countries in the world. Reservation in military/Army for the kshatriyas made India a slave country that lost to two bit kings from Iran, Turkey, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Huns, East India Company etc. Reservations in business for the banniyas caused India to have the most dishonest business people in the world that create substandard goods and demand 5000 percent profit also called looting the customers. The list goes on and on.

It does not have to be yoga, Any exercise will keep one soft and supple. Classical dancing is as beneficial as yoga. Classical dancing is more difficult an exercise then Yoga. Both carry virtually same benefit both need stamina.
