I think the present government is digging its own grave by bringing in such insane suggetions. I think the so called secular people want to totally wipe out the culture of this land , which I am sorry they would not be able to because this land has the innate power to retain what it is known for for ages to come and will definitely punish the so called modern, westernized rulers with gravest of punishments for times to remember..... I strongly oppose such a proposal. I think it would be better if the govt thought of introducing a harshest of the punishments and quickest of decisions for the perpetrators of such henious crimes.

This is another diversionary tactic by Congi
by vngpls on Feb 01, 2011 08:11 PM

To deflect public attention from 2G (Rs. 176,000 crore) and CWG (Rs. 74,000 crore) scams, Congi is doing this knowing very well the bill will not be passed. So let's not fall for this and continue our tirade against all the mega scams.

and when it comes to sex, its still the dirtiest thing in the universe....One has to understand that this is from a legal point-of-view, and not that parents should encourage non-penetrative sex.A lot happens in our society and lot happens without the knowledge of the parents....Sex is a wonderful thing, and its time we leave aside our middle-age attitude to it and look at it as natural thing, as natural as eating or sleeping.
