Why you are not Rich?
by readtoawake com on Dec 30, 2011 04:15 PM

Why you are not Rich? You can give any excuse but the real answer is that you still have not decided to become rich, you are still waiting that something will happen in your life and you will become rich.

If you want to become cook you should study cooking, if you want to become lawyer you should study law. The same is truth with becoming rich if you want to become rich you should study the subject of Money.

IS IT POSSIBLE!!!
by ashwani sharma on Dec 30, 2011 02:46 PM

IS IT POSSIBLE THAT PM & ALL STATE CMs send their powerful delegations to Ralegaon Siddhi, the work area of ANNA HAZARE,Chitrakoot, the work area of NANA DESHMUKH,and implement these successful village transformation models on larger scale in their areas.

Our politicians should welcome knowledge whatever the source !!! Just to clarify -even former President APJ Abdul Kalam appreciated work done at Chitrokoot. And for sure he is one person whose integrity is impeccable! Finally Nana Deshmukh left politics and being A POLITICAL he transformed Chitrakoot!!!

Anna's village cites the example of the need to have Blue collar managers - managers who can work in rural environment. Urban graduates are not fit to take this task. There is an imperative need for Rural Agricultural & Infrastructure Management Insitutes which can train the rural graduates to take up this challenging task to take the benefits of development to the grass-roots and turn every village into a full-fledges Rurban Towns!

Every village farmer/entrepreneur has to tell a success case to the management schools. The future of India is in agricutlure as the world need to produce enough to feed the millions. And all the management schools need to have immersion programmes in villages to understand and improve the village economy which alone can bring true development and inclusive growth.

Management lessons from Anna's village

The much acclaimed paradigm Management is nothing so great... it is the systematic codification of the knowledge and data (both qualitatitive and quantitative) that were used by the our forefathers while making prudent decisions. Ultimately, what succeeds is the ability to take risk and the will power to take a thumbrule decision. That only true leaders can do.
