Mostly find that Indians solve the problem. What is wrong is the time taken to get to them with the IVRS! I have never been disappointed when I talk to Customer Care in India. Except Airtel, which sucks!
This is what happens when media is run my western media....The grass is always green on the other side.. People you have least bit idea how bad customer service sucks in the WEST.WOW...only machines to talk to.
Once you become a cutomer of a company you are at their mercy.The employees of a company are similar to Govt servants.Dont care. I dislike two bigggg established Indian companies
what is hate about indian CS is the sheer unprofessionalism,there is no good follow up.the language is bad.when i was in uk if the problem was not set right in a few hours let alone in a day,they would profusely apologise and offer us something to make up for it like but here they talk as if they are doing a favor just by responding.especially if it is a government branch

the difference is when they do it in the west.they actually follow up, here they just hang up and do nothing.it takes atleast 4 calls to do anything here.
