Exploitation of employee can't be allowed by law in India.

For any useless reason company want to sack, fire employee. Indirectly company saying they can fire, sack anyone for any useless reason. Company is running from public, people fund from bank, stock market unjustified reason can't be allowed to fire; sack employee can be challenge in Court. Our labor law is already anti labor law need to challenge in court. Fire, sack any employee in government & private can't be different can be challenge in court. For many reasons they can only suspend for some time same like government Job can't be fired, sack employee can be challenge in court. Company is exploiting the employee also need to Punish by law that can be any officer or company who exploit the employee found guilty need to Punish by Law. For exploiting employee for violating labor norm company need to Punish by Law can be challenge in court. Indian labor law is comes in worst category for labor, raking very low in world raking need to change to give justification to employee. Employer are doing many unjustified, illegal things to exploit employee but there is no justified law to punish them by law hence proofed more strict with punishment by law required in India to avoid exploitation of employee by employer that is not allowed in other country in the world. Our labor law is anti labor pro employer not giving justification to employee needs to change if not change need to challenge in court by employee.

Parents have to shell out their Money on a Large scale & Look after, Plus Educate their children. Children must study hard till death & score highest possible marks.

Working in India is even more difficult in Private companies & MNC's as we will be constantly probed & asked tough questions. Expectations are far too high from companies - Steep Targets, Over time (without pay), Punctuality is expected, Less Salary and no perks, no questioning management, no leaves etc etc.

Expect The very Best of All Foreign knowledge from Desi Local public, and pay them Indian currency which is only a fraction of US or UK payment, No hikes, No Pension scheme.

Indian Private companies & MNC's are just abusing the system and spreading Tyranny among the citizens to the hilt.

If Education is compulsory - Make Job Permanent & compulsory.

Hire & fire is only to exploit employee. If any employee given rise to the company don't have right to stay in company when he need job. Anti employee policy allowed by government can't be tolerated .

one of my friend(who is married and has 6 year old son) in mnc company is been harassed by lady co worker. his coworker is bad gossiping about him with other lady coworker and spoiled his image and it is also effecting his career. The gossip has gone to this level that the Lady HR and Lady ethics manager abuses my friend with bad faces whenever they see him. SO he keeps his face down and do not see any one. He cannot sleep well thinking of other co workers behavior towards him because of bad gossip from that lady co worker. Other coworker sees and treat my friend as if he is some psyco and raping every ladies everyday. Now my friend is also taking anti depression to get better sleep. He cannot complaint about this as my friend do not have any proof against this bad gossiping lady. If he want to resign from job, he is scared as both Lady HR and ethics manager are supporting her and abusing him will give bad caracter certificate, so that he cannot work in other company. If anybody know the solution, please help him by giving him good solution, where he can come out of this daily abuse.

With the kind of employment scenario, the "reasons" for pink slip will only keep increasing and each new reason will compete with the previous one over which is more ludicrous.

is to go abroad.... Earn loads of money.... Put them in FD and get good regular monthly interest.... then no tension.... no boss.... absolutely peaceful life.... and in the end only peace matters....

But indulge in marriage and children and you would be ruining your happy and peaceful life.... responsibilities makes people suffer.... hence avoid unnecessary responsibilities....

what if your parents would have thought like you that marriage and children would be ruining their life. I am sure your opinion is going to change, once you have a kid who will then become your life.
Secondly, you say 'responsibilities makes people suffer' but you will not get/survive a job if you are not ready to take responsibilities.

If poor performance is the cause is for termination than 90% of the employees in the public sector should be terminated and 50 % of the ministers both at the state level and at the central should have been dropped long back.But unfortunately caste and religion
decides the fate of the workers than the performance of the employees.Mere Bharat Mahan.

@venkat -- very well said,in addition to all above -- its a herd mentality which prevails in most of the places "For eg:- a corrupt minister irrespective of his cast or _religion will always feel safe with another corrupt guy " SO, it forces me to believe that in todaysmodern world , nothing is relative to R_eligion or morals -- infact everything is relative to corruption, money, greed and power... In the PUBLIC sector and government offices - people come in at 11. Take hours breaks in between - do ALL of this - and are guaranteed jobs for life!!

India has a first world private sector and a third world government. now thanks to mamata banerjee (that irritating woman who is negating everything) - lalu yadav and a confused and messed up BJP - even lokpal has been killed!!!

Congress party is the one who doles out pay commissions, reservations, etc in government organisations as a way to maintain vote banks. Just blaming other parties will not help. Then how can these organisations be efficient.

If you are not a part of the systematic way of corruption that exists in all organizations you are likely to be denied of your legitimate benefits and you are likely to be sacked no matter how efficient you are.
