Join a gym 3 days of cardio - 15 mts threadmill/10 mts cycling/15mts cross trainer 2 days of weights sat/sunday break drink lots of water no rice for dinner only chappaties like items avoide ice creams, sweets all the rest will fall in place

its a general plan which works for majority.. no contridiction as i have not given any diet chart.. .. low sweet consumption or avoiding carbs ( like rice ) is generally good to practice stuff ...

This is what has helped me : 1. Exercise for 1 hr at least four times in week (15 min. walk, 6 min running, and rest cardio and weight lifting exercises) 2. Every alternate evening eat only green salad.
