Boss and subordinates?
by Nagarajan Viswanathan on Dec 21, 2011 03:26 PM

There are many types of bosses?
Top bosses who concentrate on top corporate affairs like MDs/EDs etc?
Middle level bosses like VPs etc who define the jobs to be done?
Lower level bosses like managers, who get the job done?
This seems to be an article for the 3rd category?
An executive needs 3 types of skills?
1.Technical. 2.Managerial. 3.Interpersonal skills?
He has to not only assist the manager in planning, but also assist him in execution, problems solving and trouble shooting with innovation and resourcefulness?

One of the most pathetic article on Rediff. I almost fell sleep reading it. Sanket Dantara, you and others from whom you got these information are just useless. Its seems you have no knowledge of working in a corporate culture and still wana show-off. Please stop wasting yours and more importantly others time.

Confidence of the boss
by PC mittal on Dec 21, 2011 12:28 PM

The main thing is the confidence of your boss .Once this won by you, though it is sometimes difficult, then it will be difficult for him rather to conceal any thing from you.
