Nothing to follow. Do not read this kind of article. Follow what you are following. If you are not getting sleep, read a book. You will get sleep. Otherwise if you are going to follow this kind of you will 100 like this which will confuse you. You eat according to your budget. You listen to your mind and do as per your brain. You will definitely get sleep. More confusers in the world.

A swift walk of 2 kms, followed by early dinner by 8 pm and a glass of warm milk lightly sweentened will give you a good sleep. Yah, do not watch any tv programme having horror or detective fiction as it might excite your brain. you can watch a boring tv serial or read a boring article in a news papaer are good sleep inducers

A kisan in the village takes the simple food and sleeps well and goes for hard work early in the morning.

I work as per need, eat less and sleep less and enjoy with friends and have no ailment.
