The worst people.Most male HR Managers are womanisers.And if HR Managers are Females,The dress in worst way as much they can reveal than what they can conceal and don mind to Sleepz with heads or directors for thier own benefits

There are worst people in every profession. Why are you generalizing your statement. True professionals will never behave in such a way and that too in a office. Every decent office has a dress code and I don't think even offices in USA and UK allow anyone to wear revealing outfits.
