This is very fundamental need for humanity- Nature start to provide the capacity for us to enjoy or celebrate the sex in before the age of 16 years - Without proper guidance and education of sex we are force to do some mistakes. If proper sex education provided we can achieve great enjoyment of life.

Right! In India people enjoy the act and also increase the population. People need just to enjoy doing it without increasing population

What should be the ideal population of India?
So that we can control flow accordingly. I was told that to sustain this population beyond 2050 every indian family needs to have 3 children. Are we listening? Or is our population going to decline like Europe or China!
