HTC Radar is the best smartphone at present with Windows Phone 7.5 Mango OS. I'm using this phone as well as I'm the certified developer for Microsoft Windows Phone. I can say it's one of the best smartphone compared to any other OS like iOS 5 with iPhone 4, Android 2.3 with Samsung Galaxy SII. If anyone want the better smartphone, wait for HTC Titan to release.
