Yoga is great no doubt about it. but indian needs karate. it increase your mental and physical stamina tremendously. also its fast so you enjoy doing it, unlike yoga which may get boring since indian mind is not subtle like westerner.
Country like japan, china and korea teaches martial art since school, see how powerful nation they have beocme.
And most importantly learn from a teacher who has learned from abroad. dont go to cheap school, you will also become cheap.

This is not Bakasana
by JOSEPH DSOUZA on Aug 31, 2011 03:49 PM

The picture does not depict ardhachandrasana (crescent pose) as claimed. Nor is it Baksana as labelled at the bottom. Nor is it in anywhere close to the description. Rediff, there is something in journalism known as "proof reading", before you print, or you are going to misinform/mislead your viewers. Please rectify ASAP
