very difficult area , can anybody gives answer this question, it should be lengthy and crisp i mean to the point. whether it is possible to give a decent answer to this
Gone are the days where soft skills were given more importance than tech skills. The sure way of getting a job would be to be strong in your technical/related domain capablities and I am sure you will get the job.. Do not waste time in improving you soft skills and interview skills.. Companies don't need people who can speak good english. If Good communication is the requirement they can even recruit beggers from London.. They do speak good English..

corporate companies are not charitable trusts to hire ppl with good attitude..they want professional attitude..
