Wrong list

Here's what you really need to "develop" .....

1. Ability to kiss behinds of bosses.

2. Ability to do "anything" the boss asks no matter how unethical it is.

3. Learn and become experts at backstabbing.

4. Learn how to trounce competition by all underhanded means.

5. Learn how to get others to do work assigned to you.

6. Learn how to take full credit for work done by subordinates.

7. Learn how to secure your job even if it costs the honest co-workers theirs.

8. Learn how to blame others for your failure without sounding like a cornered cry-baby.

9. Learn how to play golf so that you get a time and place to practice points 1 to 9 listed above.

10. Learn how to use your position in the company to get all kinds of "services" from subordinates.

11. Learn that if you go down, take as many people down with you, irrespective of the fact that they had nothing to do with the fiasco.

This is one of the finest articles i have read after a long time when it comes to guidance. Each and every point has been picked up like pearls from the ocean. It has definitely changed the way how i will perceive my further education. Absolute mandate for each and every student aspiring for post graduate studies. Cheers..
