There are many elements that vitiate an office. Office politics and coterie around boss/top managment and the spynetwork of boss, cheating and insecure superiors who carry tales of junior to the top boss will frustrate dignified professionals. More vulgar is the psychophancy or chamchagiri of stupid employees for an increment.

I agree, these are more sickening and depressing than all the things mentioned in your story! Sycophants & boss's coterie are very upsetting to honest hard workers,harbouring the injustices of which lead to greater illnesses which not only make you sick but also eventually affect your work
