Weight Training

Diabetics mostly is due to low musle mass. The only way to improve condition is to lift weights and build muscle mass. Most nutritionists and doctors push people to aerobics and food control. Start lifting weight, build muscles, avoid double carbs together, roti, dal is ok, but roti and potato is bad.

avoid cheap refined oils like sunflower, corn, soya, margarine directly linked to diabetes. Especially going to restaurants nowadays they are using only cheap oils

if u consume any deep fried item, make sure it is with coconut oil or ghee only.

In most cases of diabetes, u will find the family is using sunflower refined oil or some other refined cheap oil

veg oils are not safe as they are mostly 0mega-6, unstable, low smoking point, inflammatory, diabetes causing and cancer causing

already there is diabetic epidemic due to mass consumption of unhealthy veg oils

use like I do, only coconut oil and ghee but use sparingly. If u avoid the oils I mentioned above, u can escape diabetes which is like epidemic in India due to mass consumption of refined cheap oils especially in hotels and roadside eateries

wrong advice. Coconut oil and ghee are full of saturated fats. Sunflower/saf flower/ricebran oil combo is the best.

limited consumption of saturated oils is beneficial as it is present in mother's milk, cow's milk, egg yolk (to nourish the infant)

paddy, there is epidemic of diabetes, heart ailments in the country due to CHEAP REFINED VEGETABLE OILS used in hotels and roadside eateries!!

It is very rare any restaurant uses pure ghee or coconut oil due to their high cost
