It is a proud moment for me to see my college R. A. Podar College of Commerce & Economics being voted as the 8th best institution in the country. It is a long overdue kudos to the Principal and Staff of my College.
It is a matter of great disappointment for Hyderabadis to observe that,with all the reputation earned locally since almost half a decade,the Bhadruka College of Commerce could find no place in the top 10 commerce colleges of the country.Obviously,its standard appears to have dipped.In order that the merited students,irrespective of its rationality, do not suffer,it is suggested that all such top colleges in the country,faculty wise are identified,kept separate from the common stream of its creed, be given admission there in in order of an all India merit entrance examination just on the model of other professional colleges like engineering/ medicine etc..Unfortunately,preferences for courses took a lop sided concentration in India- especially towards engineering & medicine as if there is none in the world except these two-mainly owing to the parents' tuning up their children's brains mainly for these two.It is note worthy that,commerce subject,of late,assumes lot of importance-especially in the wake of expanding of business empires in every field.here is a dire need to regulate the admissions at graduation level too into these prestigious colleges.It is a parody that,with mushroom growth of sundry private colleges in engineering in states like AP collecting donations/ capitation fee,it is damn easier to get admission in them rather than in a commerce college of repute.

Badruka, Hyderabad once even occupied top position displacing Shriram of Delhi. It surely deserves to be one among 10

That was its previous glory which obviously appears to have fallen as can be seen by the ratings awarded.
Nothing's better than Kristu Jayanti College, Bangalore. Literary and culturals are matchless. One of the best institution which has worked up the ladder in just a few years.
