i tried many ayurvedic medicines which could boost my brain power because my memory is weak and i am unable to remember anything whcih could create a big problem in my carreer so please suggest me some items which could boost my brain power and help me in increasing my memory
it is not true that if one thing suit for anoyone it not nesseccry that it suit to another person.every man has a personal diet that is healthy for him.i anyone tries to eat another person diet it will cause him illness.
why is it that all the 'brain' foods are bad for my body?! Every single item above except water, has been removed by the doctors & nutritionists from my diet!

Rightly said..this article covers almost all the food items that we regularly consume. Secondly, major brain development takes place during the intial years of life. It is not possible to alter the brain functioning by diet in an adult.
Instead of saying this is good for that and that is good for this, can anyone Standardize food so that all of them will be having more or equal similar health.Say U take 'x' for breakfast, 'y' for lunch etc...

Lack of Deodoarant application especially in sweaty, high humidity regions like Kolkata,Chennaim Mumbai etc?
why no colas or potato chips or pizzas or bugers, US people only eat those... so how do you explain US is far ahead of India in terms of development, R&D, way of life etc. etc.... something is missing somewhere.

If you look closely, the Indians in US are doing great.Aren't they? in all the research and tech its Indian whom u find most.. What about that?

Mr Rahul they are clever not minded people there people like indian , german people working those have brain they are devloping US .If those people will not work then US will not in prog.
