This is what Manmohan Singh tells his wife every night, but perhaps in better English.
The only reason I ride motorcycles is that I cannot hear my wife talking to me when she is on the pillion, however there is a quoted case of a wife using a nipple tweak technique to attract her better halfs attention.
Please understand that no two individual is one and nothing can be better example than comparing differences between two siblings , thus we need to have EQ to manage the Boss and go forward by picking only the good things from him.
But you need to stop / quit a boss who is prejudiced on basis on Color , Region , SeX, caste , language as it would do more bad than good in the long run.
It is very convinient. Blame ur boss for all failures. Everybody at bottom feels that person above him is good for nothing and he can do a better job. Everybody at top feels that they are working 16 hours each day and the ones at bottom get to enjoy a carefree life working 8 hours only.. grass is always greener on the other side. Such books capture the frustrated state that most of the employees are in..after all every employee today has a boss (except for CEO and freshers) and it is so convinient to blame someone else for ones failures. Of course book will sell and author gets a lot of money.. I would suggest if you are really fed up with your boss go out and do something.. at least in that respect I acknowledge this author.. after geting fired he has worked out a scheme to make some money.. at least he is thinking laterally
There are plenty of space at the top, but what if this space is occupied by too many dumb and incompetent idiots?
Either they are lucky to be in the right place at the right time or are there by virtue of playing office politics or buttering the top bosses.
Every organization nurtures a group of good for nothing who are good only at pleasing their seniors.sadly,such people only hamper the organization's growth and the spirit of of its employees.
Moreover, such people are highly competent in the art of pleasing the top management by hook or crook, despite being completely useless and unproductive.
In an organization idiots have a peculiar quality, once they manage to reach the top, then they like to form a herd of similar idiots. They are very comfortable with their breed of similar idiots around them especially since they feel highly threatened amidst the wise and competent.They do everything to ensure that the competent people are kept busy in their own activities.
Idiots exist because they succeed in pampering the egos of many top management persons and in playing politics in their organizations.
Time has come to show the Idiots the door and save the Crumbling IT industry
