The story of Vaishali is very inspiring, her determination to come out of the situation she was into 12 years back is commendable. Her thirst for knowledge took her to where she is today.
In order to make women pass in examinations and achieve cent percent result, the government of India should introduce a law to make it mandatory for all women to gain 33% grace marks in all examinations.

Let all women get 33% less salary than their men counter part at same designation after passing examinations in grace marks.
