In case of company shifting, most of the employees have been cheated by employer. they dont process your PF or dont transfer your money to new account. You have to take lots of follwo up with company which you already left and there is no one to respond. Hence all those money goes to company account and they enjoy. What to do in such cases?

by pranesh desai on Apr 08, 2011 10:10 AM  | Hide replies

I heard the pf contribution limit has been raised from 6500 to 15000, so is it mandatory for the employer also to raise the contribution to 15000 instead of 6500 only. please advice as my company is deducting pf only for 6500.

5 judges in UP manipulated PF amount and got it credited to their account.

In Maharashtra, P F offices in Vashi and Thane do not have staff to attend tables, even for the last 6 months. Even the commissioner says he is help less.

Crores have been lying unclaimed, because persons do not know their amount is lying in Pf office, or the formalities to claim is unending.

have anyone has any solutions for these???

EPF office do not provide annual statement to employees. It should be made mandatory to provide statement like Banks or make it available on line, so that the contributor knows status of his EPF account.

It is already mandatory and statutory. Annual Slips for the year must be issued within six months of close of year. That they do not provide is a different thing!

How long did you work in Sinic?
If it is less than 6 months you can't withdraw PF.
However you can transfer it to another PF a/c.

Hey Pankaj, Its a best idea to support Anna. Instead of having placards of Chennai and Kolkatta, we can put for Anna. it would be a global support.

Most of the Officers and baboos in EPF offices are corrupt. They do not concede to employer application for withdrawal/ advance/loan or Family Pension without greasing their palm.
I have experienced it personally.
The process of getting loan/advance is very tough and long time taking.-Ramashish Thakur
