You have considerable talent and imagination in writing crude, unromantic and absolutely 'untitillating' stuff. I pity any girl foolish enough to land up with you. I'm sure the 'good looking' and 'gorgeous' team lead is just a figment of your imagination. You can try surfing the internet. You will find many interesting websites where you can display your creative talent and stupendous writing abilities.
