Objective

Objective should focus towards the company's growth and it should not focus on your growth in the company. Company focusses on its own growth. It is least bothered about yours

Uncle, how to do this in the resume?

How will you know what the company wants and how it wants to grow before your interview?

Absolutely. How would you know the goals of the company and its growth plans and your proposed role in its growth? And this is not a generic item that you put as your resume headlines.

Fact

1. Most people don't read your resume other than first page, where your skills are listed.

2. Make sure your resume never exceeds 3 pages.

3. Put a Two line Summary at the top, stating who you are. eg. Senior Software Engineer with 4 years experience in design, development of Web Applications.

The importance of your skills is inversely proportional to your years of your experience.
