You have to be really exceptional,the competition is very tough...
There is also lobby factor,for example there is a wonderful singer named Zubeen Garg who never came from reality shows but sang wonderful songs such as "ya,ali," and "Jane,Kya,Jane,Maan,Bawara" ,but still he does not get chance as he is very creative but not good at boot polishing and lobbying,further some producers like to exploit male singers for ssexual favour,which all cannot accept as its against nature,so there are many factors...whereas Rahat Fateh Ali Khan makes his mark through special Pakistan quota.
This a truth to 90% reality, but the 10% goes to a wrong perception. In reality shows especially in Tamil Satellite channels have produced great singers like Karthi, Chinmayee, Ajeesh & others won their respective competition held at few channels.
In Kerala, few people have come into my mind, which I am not clear.
On one side, the Opportunities R not flourishing & the opportunity R very limited like the earlier singers. At the time of reviewing the competition, these greats were shower them with Super Words. After winning the competititon, they will forget the singer.
Then it not a reality show, it is a reality show with false future (or) No future.
However in Star group Vijay TV conducted SUPER SINGER SHOW it is reality & take the participants into next Level. If the guy is really talented, the singer will go into Dizzy Heights & the channel will ask them in all their programmes for their presentation.
They find the way for the younger Generation to grow & act like an Consultant who is giving a job Opportunity to show their future on a Longer-run.
The whole world is watching this Tamil reality show, which is being telecasted every Monday to Thursday from 9P.M. to 10.15 PM.
