teacheers today a changed cofiguration
by bhuvnesh jawa on Sep 05, 2010 10:16 AM  | Hide replies

some of Today's techers have lowered the dignity to equate it with teachers whiskey while others have reconfigured the alphabets to "cheaters" and try to outrage the modesty of unsuspecting young lads and girls.who go to them for solutions but end up in more questions and that too unsolved.

great Jawa and very apt views. I subscribe to your views fully. Teachers were equated to gods in hindu scriptures but today then are more dangerous than demons. Teaching profession has lost its respect and dignity.

Dr. Radhakrishnan had wisely said A Good Teachers Teaches and a Bad Teacher Complains. In todays teaching fraternity you can count good teachers because of whom the instutition is recognised. The value of education has been eroded due to politicians and scoundrels encroachment in the field and the atmosphere totally polluted with their interference in management and its activities. Inspite of daring exposures by the print media and the cinema, the concerned ministry has not taken note to correct the system and restore its dignity.

what college teachers and principals need to realise
by RAVI A on Sep 05, 2010 10:10 AM

At a teaching college you teach and you teach and you teach with no time for research, no time for contemplation, no time for participation in outside affairs. Just teach and teach until your mind grows dull and your creativity vanishes and you become an automation saying the same dull things over and over to endless waves of innocent students who cannot understand why you are so dull, lose respect and fan this disrespect out into the community. The reason you teach and teach and you teach is that this is a very clever way of running a college on the cheap while giving a false appearance of genuine education."
