So, where is the Couscous
by Magadi Raghunath on Oct 27, 2010 03:26 PM  | Hide replies

The recipe wants you to use a box of uncooked couscous, but the method tells you nowhere how to use the main ingredient. So, shall I leave the box of couscous as it is?
And pray could you please tell the readers what is couscous, where do you get it or how do you make it at home?

couscous is typically Middle Eastern product. the closest you can get in respect to indian cuisine would be wheeat dalia.
