Do you know how karva chauth started. Laxmi the goddess ride on an owl. Once the owl told laxmi that every body cares for you and worship you but no body cares for me while I take you everywhere. So from today you arrange for some other vehicle as I shall not carry you anywhere. Or you make arrangements that I am also worshipped in every house. Laxmi thought for while and told the owl " O.K. from now on you will also be worshipped in every house on karva chauth" This how owls are worshipped on karva chaouth.

it is not kadva..bitter it is karva..in karam age..that is in marraigeable age or after the education age of a human being...it is a chauth as moon rises on a fixed time when humans can have dineer unlike late night or morning or purnima when emotions rule..a very stable moon for stable emotions n thus stable life..what else then life partner can be that?...nobody marries thinking i will marry new every month..everybody wnats maraiage to last forever and thus this...to bless us as a couple
