There is no HR in Indian companies as we have far more manpower available than the jobs. These HR managers are the main culprits of giving low salaries to qualified staffs. There is no need of HR dept in any organization!! they are adding to overhead to the company.

indian IT companies have no respect for meritocracy ... TCS is now hiring people with 50% marks ... earlier 60% was the criteria ...
indians cant innovate ... they dont understand what is innovation ... indian engineers spend 4 yrs reading books by foreign researchers and proclaim to be the most intelligent people on earth ...
these IT comapnies are now being called CHOPSHOPS .... WHY ???????????????????????
