Why are IT companies deducting EMployer's contribution from employee's salary only. this way around 24%(12% employee contri 12% empl,oyer's contri) of basic goes for PF from employees salary only. Any one knows why this is so?

Your Monthly Gross = 450k - LTA 25k - PF 13.5k = 411500/12 = 34292
(Assuming that they give you the medical allowance, month on month itself)
Now deduct your own contribution to PF (1125) and Professional Tax (around 150)
Net Monthly Gross will be 33007.
This is your entitlement if you had declared enough IT savings. Else, account for IT deduction as well. That will be your take home.

Yes, but only when you have cleared your technical round,In the HR round when they offer you, you have all the right to ask each & every detail of your salary package.
