My client submit the I.T. return for A.Y.10-11 and verification form send my client simple post to cpc but return not processed due to 120 days lapse to send verification form after than CBDT was brought an notification No. to filed an intimation for ay 2009-2011 for delay or any cause to send intimation .Iwas send intimation three time but return not processed till the date so my client lost his hope to get refund pl.clarify the further remedy.Note return not processed after two years.
I have filed refund to income tax officer range-2 Ghaziabadin WARD-2(3)on 15th july 2012 for assessment year 2012-2013,till date i have not got refund,most of the time concern officer is not present in the office,so do not get responce,pl do the needful. Thanks S.P.Khare
