MBA degree is loved by Indians due to their casteist history. A plumber , A Electrician, A Mason is more skilled and of use to society than a MBA . MBA teaches nothing government should encourage technical trades than MBA . SOP etc.. is just another exercise in such english writing superficial knowledge . We respect MBA form IIM for his salary as he clears a test where lakhs appear and few a chosen. But the course itself is useless. Corrupt AICTE has opened MBA institute in every street of India . We need more polytechnics with quality equipment. It is just a fad to hire MBA 's and visit IIM's and hire them otherwise the value add is zero.

Do an MBA course and change your attitude (from a decent institute, and not just one of the run-of-the mills)
What BS, you throw money at the institutes, and they won't care about SOPs and such. This is like every Miss Universe contestant saying "she wants to work for the poor!"
