BSNL is the best for me.
by accounting master on Oct 01, 2010 08:29 PM

bandwidth is high even compared to big cities and rates are cheaper.

Globalcrusader could be a PIEGG fro Pakistan

Sure it takes time to get one connection, but once it goes through. Believe me they are better than any AIRTEL Reliance etc

This is a known fact, one need not be at University of Toronto to know this. When someone say flexible working hours, understand that your personal life is at stake.

BSNL broadband's lousy service....
by Globalcrusador on Oct 01, 2010 11:57 AM  | Hide replies

I notice a few peculiarities with BSNL broadband service. If you were to try to log in b/w 4-6AM, you are just not able to access any of the website. Come 8AM, everything works like a charm. Do they switch off a few of their servers ? Again, after 7 PM, the service is extremely slow. God forbid, if you have to contact their support group, you could spend half your life span trying to locate their support guy after wading thro' 36 different options and eventually you get a busy line. Looks like they have never heard of providing professional service. Why can't BSNL have dedicated hot line numbers for support instead of forcing the user to go thro' 36 different options. If you wish to talk to the top per- son, his line is constantly engaged or he is not on his seat. God save the BSNL broadband user in India ! I am switching over as I can not withstand this nonsense any more.
If anyone wants to know as to how a govt department works in the 21st century, take up their broadband user licence and see for yourself.

BSNL is looting everywhere. Its un-professional companay. Nothing is reliable.

Instances :

01 I paid Rs 3000/- without talking to anyone on its manik jod scheme.

02 I disconnected its broadband after 1st month bill. (every day your bandwidth use increases without using it).

03 My present, mobile connection which is forced on me by my company rarely connects after 10 - 15 tries.

04 I feel like laughing when i see advertisements of BSNL. (Every rarest of rare intelligence is not seen).

05 Because of MONO poly, they are wasting all the resources.

attitude of employees everywhere is same,

just try and not pay your bills to any MNC or any private company. And see the magic

Buy an UNLIMITED package. Or simply switch of your router if not in use

BSNL works where big corporations do not have any services eg Small towns , far off localities , villages etc

why do u need to log on between 4-6 am? Are u insomniac? or can't sleep due to hangover post last night's country liquor? Na u r supposed to have quality time with ur family after 7 pm. Don't waste time in BSNL and surfing adult sites late night or early morning. got it?
