Running a Corporate business in India is bound to be a Politico-Bureaucratic palm-greasing exercise and can only be run by people who get used to it and adjust accordingly. Hence exploitation is a natural-side-effect and looting employees honesty is part of business only. Most corporates in India are absolutely corrupt to the core because then only one can run business in India due to Political-RedTape Mafiosi. You make their Balck2white and run a business only thus possible. So in the casualty list they must be the people who work there. Only idiots who can exploit others survive.
I have an idiot boss in an indian company,in my last 5 years in the company around 4 bosses changed and none of them were so cruel and my performance was rated V.Good all this years with rewards and also company shares.his new boss is so cruel that the next day of his joining he said me he will oost me out and after 3 months he has relieved me off all responsabilities and handed it over to my very junior.what should i do,just looking for a change.

Dont worry Bro. If good times dont last neither is the bad time. Time is the only medicine. Plz hang on till u get a lucrative offer..
And i do not really mind my boss reading it. I can really tell that on my boss face. Thats because of my family great support that i have and my education background. I can understand we Indians are emotional and hence we take decisions which are not sometime practical. But my advice to sandeep is look for another good job and quit before your boss uses you to go up corportae ladder.
No use being loyal to the company or having emotional attachment to the company. Just quit. Do not have any emotional attachment towards company, coworkers you work for. They can never become like your family or school/college friends. Very few colleagues are true friends although they act friendly. Only love your job not company or colleagues(friends) etc

If you really think that you have done things correctly and it was because of your efforts the company grew.... You can very well quit and join another company. If he requires you after that he will pay you more than what you think to rejoin.
