Top 13 triggers that can cause headache

Of all the reasons mentioned, if one can resolve the stress part, everything else comes into place by itself. In todays time none other stress is main cause not only for headache but for many other diseases as well.

there is no problem don't eat any medicine for acidity just drink water 3 times divided in 7 times of one drunk

There was no mention of acidity and skipping of meals or irregular diet times leading to headaches.

yes. acidity is the most common cause of headache. And I think constipation too..
