From the article it is not clear whether to take lemon juice on empty stomach or not in the morning. And in evening/night should it be taken after dinner/just before going to sleep? It is better if the article also had dealt with these questions.. Also, I prefer lemon juice with soda and a pinch of salt...does it matter if i use soda instead of water? I think both should be same but some experts can clarify this. Thanks.
Lemon juice added with tea and sugar(without milk) is an excellent drink, very refreshing. Taste and feel the difference. It retains antioxidants of tea and lemon.
