Water Enema, daily two times in the morning and evening is the best detoxing which will not cost a fortune except Rs.65. Better to maintain strict food habits, daily exercise (30 minutes either one time or spread around two times), calm mind and of all a bold NO to alcohol and tobacco. Of all a Good night sleep of 7 hours will keep your body in sound health. I do fast from morning to evening every monday basically to give rest to the system. I take only tender coconut water ( a litre) for the entire period. It gives me lightness during the fasting time. I never get agitated during this even if instigated by others. Try this simple technique
