This article looks absorb, Youngsters will always be reckless no matter what one do to counsel them. This article of avoiding strokes, in fact creates a sort of fear than anything else. All this scientific analysis of people getting strokes is nothing but a trick used by these and doctor's and the pharmaceuticals industries to push their market shares and make some quick profits. It is not to be confused with the people who are in genuine need. Of late, articles of this type have been publishing on terms basis like, first they used talk about pollution, then Diabetics and then Gastroenteritis, then obesity, then hypertension, then cancer and its kind etc. Till date there has been no definite proof for one getting these kinds of health diseases other than what these people mention in these columns from time to time.
Friends, there is nothing like so called 'stress'.Don't do anything which you can't enjoy.Actually stress is the result of other indisciplines in life like kama,krodha,lobha,moha,madha,mathsara. If you enjoy whatever may be your work, then working even 10 hours a day will not cause any stress.REMEMBER IT IS THE OTHER FACTORS (AS I MENTIONED ABOVE) WHICH CAUSE PLENTY OF DISEASES.

Well you can have sex with Mrs fist the five fingered lady any time and as many times you like. And she does not refuse or makes any excuses. GOOD LUCK.
I think it is due to stress. I know of a Factory manager of a high profile company who had a severe stroke last month. He was always under work pressure.
Plant air-purifying trees in entire office - scientifically proven to increase productivity.
Avoid stiff leather shoes in India. Wear floaters, sandals, or sports shoes.
Drink plenty of water throughout the day - you get free water in office coolers taps and filters.
Start yoga with breathing exercises, but slowly - first with long inhalation, short hold, medium exhalation.
Then after 6-8 weeks of regular practice start with Bhastrika Pranayama with just 5 strokes.
Increase 5 every week or fortnight.
If you have BP or one of a few contraindications, do not do Bhastrika Pranayama.
Long slow Om chant or humming sound of a bee is best, safe and easy.
If you can, do cat pose, vajrasana, lion face pose and aim to attain a peaceful mind in each of the above poses.
Forcibly controlling thoughts in yoga is SERIOUSLY dangerous.
Instead just let thoughts come - clean or dirty, fast or slow - do not react to them only observe them.
All these set your thinking straight.
It is a holistic effect, proven and arguable, repeatable anywhere with any human, aboriginal to corporate big boss.
If you can observe your thoughts without reacting, you have solved more than half the problem - You get self-discipline and familiarity with your own body-mind-habit systems.
