Not only smoke,but alcohol consumption continuoesly daily can lead highly elevated triglycerids and clot formation,so brain cell dies and regenration of brain cells requires 10-15 years with proper food,meantime you cant walk properly,temp. paralysed,i suffered ischemic stroke 4 years due to alcohol,now returning normal,but cant push my body for swimming,dancing as previos,so stop,smoke,alcohol,for able to run,swim,dance in gatherings,also my friend suffred stroke,had detoriated his speech and his face was so shrunk,detoriated,he used to hide face by hankie,saying it is some allergy,so esp. youngsters shud avoid heavy alcohol daily,also never smoke,also try acupuncture ,as i heard acupuncture helps nervous system and brain cells,till new brain cells are regenerated fully in very long time,also stem cells should be made cheap for treatment of stroke reversal,also many fat ladies develop clts due to non excersise,so walk daily 30 mins.,also do some home washig clothes,wshing dishes, insted throwing it on maid sevants ,to avoid stroke plus cancer,more you work body,more you stay fit,otherwise tomorrow their are some lazy rich people to wash their backside in morning from servants,how's that

Also many people dont know what is stroke?my leg became heavy and left side of body became heavy as braib cell died due to ischemaci stroke in temp. death of brain cells in right brain,now returned to normal,but still can t run,cant swim,so can any doctor suggest me best and cheap treatment of medicines,acupuncture or stem cells therapy which is cheap and reliable in pune city,pls. reply,
I am softeware engineer,but studied lots of doctors books on nervous system and brain celle,stem therapy etc.so anybody help me and others.as in old times many old people used to die by stroke in sleep,so people shud be educated about stroke
