Along with loosing weight (or maintaining constant weight) its also necessary to be healthy and fit. This can be achieved by regular exercise. Even a half an hr brisk walk or floor work out helps.
I started out on the GM Plan, for about 2 months Later I followed exactly as per this article with moderation as my mantra. I have achieved a weight loss of 18 kgs, during the last one year and 3 months. This method takes care of our thirst for things and does not allow us to go back to our old habits of satisfying as no craving is there with this system.

GM Diet Plan is the best option of Dieting.. It helps reducing weight in more scientific way. Only thing is it needs to be followed as suggested
Well, I like your article because I believe that working out and achieving your goal is work in tandem for your mind and your body. People say while you are out there to loose weight you better only eat healthy food a stay away completely from all those fatty foods, sweets, and high calorie foods. But, really it is difficult to follow this for most. Because there comes a point of saturation where you get bored of that super healthy diet and you want to lean back on to square one. A point that most of the people have also commented on this post. So, I am only re-emphasizing it. However, the fact of the matter,is that your body and mind works in tandem for any goal you are to achieve. Your body may be accepting healthy food and doing its job but on the same side your mind is being refrained and is forced to believe that you have to stay away from the stuff that you really love. This as a result turns out to be a negative approach. You need to feed both your mind and your body if you are to really achieve good results. So, a good solution to this is that eat less portions of everything that you would normally eat as if didn’t cared about putting on those extra pounds or inches. Fulfill all your desires. So, go for it. Eat everything that you like out there. But remember, Cut that down to 40% ofwhat you would have eaten on a hay day. Cheers.
