Singapore education sucks
by Good ForAll on Jun 06, 2010 02:58 PM

Singapore education sucks...Singapore is full of Malay, cheap chainese and so many Indians already and Education is mostly from Private business groups having ties ups with almost all the big universities in the world, each gully will have some university courses offered either in distance mode or full time mode. cost of living is massively expensive and even drinking water is not a free comodity. at the end of so much effort and costly education, you will end up with frustration as Tiny Singpore will not offer any job prospectus for local educated expats. never prefer Singapore for any education purpose other than top B school education.

I am regular visitor to Singapore. So i would like to suggest you not to go to Singapore on Student visa. Immigration and visa experts from India promise to provide you good job with study . you will get only 200 Dollar per month job, Your living cost will be around 500 dollar include lodging . Transport cost extra, medical cost extra. Their is no scope of job after study in singapore becuase singapore rule doesnt allow you be PR after study. if you luckly get any job , you will not be able to servive.

by Dinesh Joshi on May 31, 2010 05:29 PM

If someone is thinking to the tune of having some foreign education. It requires a good research.. I suggest we shall explore domestic institutions or career options, ranging from our IIMs, IITs, to civil services.. n if you can't afford that much stress or don't have a good previous scores... then try paid seats.. anyway it will be less than a foreign education.. career prospects are wide ranged.. we have presence of many MNCs here n some of our own blue chips n govt.. navratna's are too paying well..
