guys great job done by lens but we need explore the reason be commited towards it ,otherwise these kind of Pics will be common sight in day to day life
If we see in depth 'll find that the net has covered the two cows(in back or inside!), which are not aquatic, actually Animals which live on land - Terrestrial...so the extent of summer season would be aggravated to that extent in near future. Save water!!!!!!!!!nothing new.
