So many aspirants (students) prefer to have a BE degree.... unlitmately, getting 40% and graduating the degree does not make sense for India. This will only fetch some dowry at the time of marriage.
or pay the capitation fees in self financing colleges and keep arreas in all subjects and complete the BE degree with so many attempts. what is the use.
