Work culture for some is inherent and for some it has to be inculcated. However, one should always know that nothing comes free and it is our skill, smartness and dedication that is important in any nature of work, whether it is temporary or permanent.
There should not be any discrimination based on temporary nature or permanence. The devotion to the work and the right attitude towards the work that is entrusted, leads one to become permanent if the work is temporary and to leads one to higher levels if the work is of permanent in nature.
Therefore, let us treat all the work as God and worship irrespective of its nature; because it is the source of food and pleasure.
